Jonathan A. Chorlian is a graduate of Harvard College
(B.A. 1989) and George Washington Law School (J.D. 1993; Law Review)),
and has completed federal tax coursework at NYU Law School. Jon clerked
for the New Hampshire Supreme Court and is a graduate of the Leadership
New Hampshire program. Prior to joining Laboe Associates, Jon was
a partner at Orr & Reno, P.A., where his practice focused on
business planning and transactional work, including work on a number
of complex business acquisitions and sales. His focus at Laboe Associates
continues to be in these areas. Jon’s business counseling expertise
is enhanced by having operated his own real estate development business.
Jon is the son of a member of the League of NH Craftsmen, and is
now a trustee of that organization. He lives in Concord with his
