Limited Liability Company Formation
The
firm has an efficient and well-developed system for forming and organizing
new LLC's. The process
is one in which the
taxation and liability issues are
properly dealt with. So, too, are the ownership - "partner" relations
issues dealt with in the form of member or unit holder agreements.
Of great importance
is the availability of conversion by an existing corporation to an LLC
- when and how such conversions are advisable is a growing part
of the firm's practice.
Attorney John E.
Laboe was
recently interviewed on WKXL about LLC's. You can listen to that interview here.
